September Services understands how disruptive Alzheimer’s disease can be to both the victim and the victim’s family members since 70% of all Alzheimer’s patients are cared for in their own homes. For those whose lives have been changed by this disease, the Dallas chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association has recently posted their educational calendar for September. These caregiver classes are free to family members of Alzheimer’s patients and are are designed to provide beneficial and crucial information in dealing with Alzheimer’s, along with proper guidance and training to assist a person living with Alzheimer’s disease.
